Added 7 courses, no problem. Then began receiving the following:
Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Description: Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'LmsUserScos' with unique index 'LmsUserScosix'.
Error Number: 0x80040E2F
Command: insert into LmsUserScos values('10000','193','I_SCO0',0,0)

What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks!

I haven't seen this error before, but checked with a programmer. He suggested that maybe the course files had been modified after the course was uploaded to the LMS. Could that have happened?
