what is the intended position of the image in the quiz template: multiple choice with image -- my image sticks out on the left and looks odd. Perhaps it is a function of the size of the image -- what size does it need to be and where should it be when sized properly?
In fact, it would be very helpful to have information for developers that gives us image size information for all the templates that use images. Very tedious to have to test and retest, size and resize images.... I'm just sayin'

For most styles 260 x 160 is about the maximum size you want to go.
I have forwarded on to documentation to add these sizes for the different styles.
