We are using the Scatterbrain game in a course. When we get to that page in the course, (when in our LMS), a gray box appears that says "GAME LOADING" and the screen blinks on and off (you can view the game in the background). If you hit the back button and return to the previous page and then move forward again, the gray box indicating loading is gone, but the game board graphic is still blinking. There is a a similar problem when we get to the course and click on the option to print a certificate. This does not occur when the course is in Unison.

Actually that would lead me to think it is bandwidth. When the bandwidth drops maybe this page isn't downloaded completely. Do you know if it is it only in the LMS that this problem occurs? I wonder if you just placed the course on the server, outside the LMS, if it would still occur. Also, another thing to try is to place it on another server if you have one. That would help narrow down the problem. If you don't have another server you could place the SCORM course on the Rustici SCORM Cloud. It is like an LMS for testing. You could see how it behaves there.

The problem is likely not with the bandwidth since the issue does not happen all the time. It is really quite random. |

It his hard to say what this could be unless there is not quite enough bandwidth and the game is not downloading all the way. How is your bandwidth when deploying from the LMS. |
